So, I was in California a few weeks ago, and I heard this incredible song on satellite radio (which makes it absolutely rediculous for me to be asking what song this is, as on satellite radio the song title and author is stated). It's a pretty trippy song, and recently I heard it on a commmercial for some special on VH1?

I have tried to come up with a few lyrics, so I'm going to try to describe the song in as much detail as possible.
In the beginning, there are a lot of "ooohs".
In one of the choruses, I picked up a few lyrics...(and believe me, I tried Googling them, but nothing came up). One said something about "Me, I am the water on my heart"
The chorus sounds like they're saying "With our ???? out in the rain, I could feel what it was saying"

I know this is really unclear, but if you happen to have any idea what I'm talking about, please help!
