I was wondering if there are such software that can broadcast live radio through the internet and SHOULD BE PLAYABLE through any web browser using any popular plug ins such as flash or java.

I was after shoutcast but i found out that it required winamp for listener to access my radio station. I want it to be on the browser only. I've tried Live365 but its kinda hard for me coz Im living outside USA and there must be an agreement with them first before I can subscribe.

Im using this for a FM radio station in our city. Any open source or free software is preffered though Im willing to pay any reasonable amount if it is needed.
