This compilation album of the bands first two EP's has a gritty sound due to the CD not being digitally remastered. Hunted Down, Entering, Nothing To Say, and Little Joe are the standout tracks, IMO (all four written by Cornell/Thayil).

I didn't know that, thanks for sharing Trey. I have to admit that I really love the raw sound of this album (and early Soundgarden in general) and it lands right at number two for my favorite SG albums, but Ultramega OK will always be my favorite. Their whole experimental sound in the early days is amazing.
