Tricky often plays with Massive Attack, if you like bands like that you may like. Skinny Puppy, Underworld are also good techo-ish groups. Maybe KMFDM?
I'm thinking Tori Amos if you like Bjork.
You may want to give The Nosiettes a try too, they're good rock with a nice bit of soul, very refreshing.
