I can't vote or comment since I'm not a pop music fan...at all. I do know who Fergie is though, but that's due to knowing who the Black Eyed Peas are.

I personally think Ciara because she is more of a solo artist. Not saying that solo artists are better, but even though Fergie had her solo thing going, she is more in a band in my eyes. Her music has the creativity of all of her bandmates and she sort of stands out because she is the only girl. While on the other hand, Ciara is alone and she can dance. They are very different artists so to compare them would be weird, but I would def. say Ciara because I enjoy her music more because my girlfriend listens to her a lot and I happen to know a lot of her songs because of that. LOL.

I would say ciara, Considering the short time that she's been in the music business Ciara has grown plenty. She admits that she's a bit more mature than the average teenager. "Throughout life I've experienced a lot more than the typical 18 year old has. And being in this industry makes you develop more quickly than a typical child would.

I love Fergie. There's one song I like from Ciara but it's only one and it's not that great. Fergie's brilliant.
