As you can tell by my name, I am a Led Zeppelin fan. A hardcore one at that. I absolutely love this band, my favorite of all time. I have listened to them all of my life. To me, Led Zeppelin is like... well, a God. The band as a whole. Led Zeppelin's music has greatly influenced my life, and inspired me to first start playing guitar. I own every album they ever released. (all studio albums/compilations).
Led Zeppelin is an amazing band with many different aspects of music. They range their music to many different personalities and genres. From folk to blues to soft metal.
Robert Plant 'Percy'- One of the best singers in the world, flatout. Plant can make you tear up with a spine-chilling occupella, or wail like a god, his voice is just perfect, I defy you to find a defect in it.
Jimmy Page - This man was born with magic fingers. Playing guitar at age 11, he is a natural born musical genius. Page's world renouned violyn bow solo during Dazed and Confused is just spectacular. Every piece of work he does is just amazing. Some say that his solo during Heartbreaker was completely off the way he had it written, and it still took the show.
John 'Bonzo' Bonham - Despite Keith Moon's best efforts, Bonham still pulled through and destroyed keith (in my opinion). I mean, not a person on this earth can down Moby (you know what goes here -.-). It is simply elegancy, bestowed in drums.
John Paul Jones 'Jonesy' - The quiet one of the group, Jonesy still pulled his own weight. Jones could play the keyboard/piano like nobody's business. What about that triple neck acoustic, try that out for size. Jonesy's bass was superb.
In conclusion, Led Zeppelin is one of the greatest bands of all time. I really enjoy listening to their music, it is the best healer in the world.
I so appreciate what Jack Black did here. He so understands Rock, Rock fans, and what it is that makes the mighty Led Zeppelin what they are: The Lords of Rock!
One of my all-time favourite bands. A huge influence on me wanting to be a musician. Kings of the 70's and created an entire legion of hard rock bands that although inferior to the mighty Zep, still carry on their legacy. Props to Plant for not wanting to tour and cheapen what they were about just for money. With all the mega reunions sprouting up, he could have easily caved. He still has time to, but hopefully he won't! hehe

Well said. I am the same as you. It's one of the only veeeeery few things I'm incredibly biased (in some people's opinions) and absolute about. They've been my favorite band since I first heard them when I was 11, for the past seven years... I've fluctuated through various genres of music, extreme psychological/physical states... Led Zeppelin have always been by far my favorite band. And my favorite genre of music is technical death And your descriptions of each member are like something out of my head as well

Best band ever. And as such, they wrote the greatest song ever: Stairway to Heaven. Greatest song runner ups: Black Dog, Immigrant Song and everything else ever played by Led Zeppelin.
Led Zeppelin Is One of the Greatest rock bands of all time. Favorite songs would have to be Gallows Pole, Traveilng Riverside Blues, The Rover, Thank You, Thats the Way, and The Ocean. Am not a fan of the music Robert Plant has done with Allison Krause. I like them Both Solo but together there sound is kind of Bland.
