Faith Hill is a real good choice. Then there is Travis Tritt, Kenny Chesney, Trisha Yearwood. I could go on and on over Country Western hits all night. These are just to name a few. Check Google for their latest hits and familiarize yourself there. Also, you need to get some one to teach you how to two step.

I personally really like Taylor Swift. She has some good songs: I'd Lie, Come in With the Rain, Stay Beautiful, Teardrops on My Guitar, etc.
