I mainly listen to rap and i dont really know anythign about any other music style, can anyone tell me what genre "Everything But The Girl - missing" is and maybe tell me a few similar songs?

i dont know what version you heard but i just watched what i think is the original on youtube. did you hear it set to like techno music or something? i think ive heard both versions.

you would probably like fiona apple, alanis morrisette, maybe imogen heap, ani difranco, maybe even enya rofl. im sure there are techno versions of these songs (im not about to look for them tho rofl)

you should give all music a chance, theres a lot of great stuff out there, even country. and i hate country =P

yea i heard the techno version, i dont like generic repetitious techno, this is different, i like the ambient feel. kinda lookin for somethin relaxing. maybe even something like "Enigma- Sadeness" there different but they have this relaxing feel to them.
