I'd never even heard of Trance till a few weeks ago? What is it? Is there an educational thread for this topic?

It's a sub-genre of the electro-techno-dance music, at least I think it is, I'm out of my depth here, Under and MMM would probably know, I'll ask them and see what they say, or get them to answer the question. One thing is certain Damo,,,there are TOO many different sub-genres of music now, and it seems like a new one is created every week.
