Does anyone know the song lyrics for "Tiritomba"? An english worded song!??

It starts like this "It is festive time the villagers are dancing, to a melody entrancing, see them all so lithely swaying, bright eyes glancing, lit with mirth and gaiety, tiritomba, tiritoba, life is full and fair....etc" I don't know the end of the chorus, the 2nd verse or the 4th verse..Can someone help me please!!?
