how does this question not get answered? does no one here like female artists at all? well I don't know if I have a favorite but I really like some of Sarah McLachlan's songs. I like "White Flag" from Dido also. Who is your favorite?
I've liked all sorts of female artists. Sarah McLachlan and Dido are great. I've liked Jewel. I enjoy the Donnas, even though they've always put on a good live show. Then there's L7, Seven Year *****, and stuff like that. I recently got back into the Nymphs. They were nuts back in the day.
I'm more of a casual listener I guess in that I would say I enjoy an artist's songs rather than the artist themselves. Meaning, I love "White Flag", but I don't really know if I would be considered a true Dido fan. I really like Paula Cole's "I Don't Want To Wait" and "Feelin Love". I sampled some songs by A Fine Frenzy on Itunes and I'm definitely going to get her album. I think Mariah Carey has some really good songs too
