i found a pretty cool band recently... i usually am not into alt rock bands but theyre orginal and i would reccomend them.... Salt and Samovar

other wise.. for my main bands... i highly suggest Circa Survive.... there on myspace i think

If anyone wants to hear some good funk/ disco / electro....

i was wondering if anyone knows of an artist that is a complete badass guitar player. i know there are A LOT out there, but i'm looking for someone-or-a group that just jams & plays. (i'm not looking for anything heavy metal.)

if you know who alvin lee is, then i'm looking for something along those lines..
blues is ok. im just looking for something with good guitar solos that are just crazy cool where they go off jamming. it doesn't have to be the fastest guitar player in the world or anything like that

any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

Eric Benet "You're the Only One" is a great love song...matter of fact any of his music is awesome in that arena. Definitely check out his upcoming album "Love and Life".

If you want a to listen to a new progressive rock band with a unique sound, check out Z Minor
They have some metal, alternative, acoustic, etc. Many different types mixed it's really great. They just need a vocalist.
