Concert Lightshows
When i go to a concert, im always pumped to see that the band will have a light show. It makes the show ten times better than originally started. It's a fact that anyone who loves concerts, has seen at least 5 lightshows.
A few bands that put on a great show are Trans-Siberian Orchestra, and TOOL. Maybe there are more bands that do it too. Oh and Daft Punk, i've heard that there lightshows are out of this world (literally). What i would give to see one of those shows.
When you're looking up and you see the lights shining across the whole stadium, its truly a blessing to be able to witness it first hand and know that you were there to see it.

New Albums, Better Sound
Perfect example of a band releasing a new album, and increasing how good they sound in studio. Metallica in my opinion has gotten a lot stronger with their new album. I'm betting they got a lot of money from how well they've been doing.
Unlike some bands like, Alice in Chains, who say they're going to release a new album by the end of this year, i'm not excited for that at all, however i do give them credit for getting back together. But they could have kept the old singer, that way i would have been more psyched to get their new album. Now i just don't want it.
If a band has the ability to release a new album, and sound better than they did before. By all means i respect them for doing that. If a band releases a new album and they sound horrible i.e. Weezer, than i believe they should just stay out of the music business all together.
With all the new bands arriving this year too. I'm beginning to think that new albums for newer bands will have different sound with all the new technology we have in this age.

Pianos Included
Ever since i've listened to bands like Children of Bodom, and Dream Theater, i've grown a bigger appreciation to how they include Pianos into the music. It may seem just like a classical instrument for one person, but it really brings a lot into the bands. A lot of bands use the Piano in their music. With Dream Theater, the song In The Presence Of Enemies Pt.2 it shows how well the piano is used in the music. Along with Forsaken, the whole song is based on the works of the Piano.
I really enjoy to see a good Piano solo as well. If a band can pull that off, i really enjoy watching it and seeing how they move their fingers very quickly.
YouTube - DREAM THEATER- FORSAKEN (LIVE)
a very good example of how the Piano is used in good music.

Hey it's your choice, if you want comments you should put that in the OP just so people are clear, and if you want it for your own editorial thread then that's fine as well. I was just curious that's all.
