The song is called "Can you feel it" by Söhne Mannheims (sons of Mannheim, Mannheim is a city in south-western Germany). It's a large band (a dozen members and more), and Xavier Naidoo was one of their singers before he went solo. And if you want the lyrics, they are right here:
