Yes hard work is key but more than anything else you have to enjoy your time while you practice . Practice is something good . T
To be accomplished at anything , it must be first and foremost on you mind constantly during the day , you wake up with it on your mind thinking about how to do this better or that better with your guitar playing .
And when you go to bed , it's the last thing on your mind as you doze off to sleep .
This has worked for millions of people including me .
