a big list of strum patterns?
well, I hate to inform you but the list never ends.
You need to learn timming first before you start to copy your favorite music stars. And trying to teach someone online is impossible. First off there is no perfect band, drummers make mistakes and ect even during concerts, you as a guitar player have to be able to cover the ground or react to what happens. You can't learn that by patterns. That comes in time with a great deal of work.
Here's what I'd do if I were you.
trust me this will work for you at first to get you started.
There's no better way to learn than to write some chords down , maybe create your own songs, let say 5 songs.
Try to make all 5 in 4/4 time for now and create each with a different pattern and speed.
Remember the pick travels both down and up.
Lets make it easy here.
Try 2 strokes down for 2 - 1/4 notes - then 2 strokes up for 2 - 1/8 notes and then 1 stroke down for a 1/4 note.
so that's 2 down -2 up - 1 down that's 4/4 time when you count the timming of the notes.
if you don't know what 1/4 and 1/8 notes are check online on google for music timming.
Hope that helps

Oh by the ways there's 1000's of ways to play 4/4 time in Rock,Jazz,Blues,Classical, country and ect.... so learn all the styles also when you become more advanced you won't have to count the beat out, you'll never even think about it, you'll just do it.
