I sometimes get a pain in my right wrist when I bend it far up or down,

could this be from playing guitar? Im 15 years old, male
This pain doesn't specifically come RIGHT after I finish playing guitar, sometimes I notice it like 1 day after I havent played guitar at all.
Whenever I bend it all the way forward or up, I get a pain right where my wrist connects to my arm
Sometimes it comes after I play guitar, and sometimes it doesn't... could this be an early sign of Carpal Tunnel or RSI?
What are more possibilities that this could be?
