Default "The Official (The) Forecast Thread"

The Forecast

is an alternative rock group that I found when I saw the cover and the sticker said it had a sound similar to other bands I like! I no longer know what bands those are because this band has a vibe unlike any of the other rock bands I own! This is youthful music for driving through the countryside! I can really relate to the small town lyrics and the energy behind the music makes we want to embrace it! The main vocalist is just awesome unlike a lot in this genre while the female and screamer adds some energy! They all mesh together great to me!

They have two c.d.s out and the first:

"Late Night Conversations"

is the one I prefer!

Here's my favorites:

"These Lights"
(the single, video doesn't reflect what I picture the song to be)

Check out the following songs at this link! (If this site isn't allowed let me know! It's the only one I could find with the songs!)

"Seating Subject to Availability"
"Late Night Conversations"
"Helping Hands"

Lala - Where music plays

Their second c.d. is decent and the vocals are top notch but I think they lost the feel of the original in this one:

"In The Shadow of Two Gunmen"

Here's some tracks:

"And We All Return to Our Roots"

(The Single)

"One Hundred Percent"

"(May You One Day) Carry Me Home"
(acoustic version)

If anything I recommend the three songs in that link the most! Thoughts, opinions and comments of any kind welcome!
