None of those are indie. Indie means signed to a non-RIAA affiliated label (Harder to define with other Countries), and all those bands are very popular, and signed to a major label.

yeah..i agree, arctic monkeys definitely not indie, they are huge now

Where the hell is Radiohead?!?

sure they have become popular (no more so then Modest mouse), but they are still indi and incredibly progressive/alternative, I love their stuff.

otherwise i enjoy most of the music already said

I disagree mymemine, indie rock are usually unsigned or signed to independent record companies. Arctic Monkies are probally the most popular indie band from the revival of post-punk. So yea. My 5 are, The Maine, Arctic Monkies,The Vob Bondies,Bloc Party, andMotion City Soundtrack.

nice dude. I love Conor Oberst with an ultimate passion, and i love Modest Mouse. but i havent really heard much stuff from the sick puppies or evermore.
