check out these 2 unsigned bands from detroit
the hard lessons
and
blanche

both are great. blanche was on v2 before it folded and are currently looking for a new company. their first record was released on cass records from detroit. hard lessons have turned down many major labels because they don't want to be told what to do.
look em up on myspace. you'll love them both.

hellogoodbye is one of my favorites.

Karma's Army is a pretty sweet indie band

The thing about this band is they span multiple genre's and are not really soully indie, metal or hardcore. They have licks of Jazz and Rifts of Steel and if you want to look at someone who is going to pave the way for some new music check them out.
