Isle Of Thieves kick started 2008 with the release of their debut album Only Human. Labelled as Alternative and New Wave, this five piece make music that tells a story; one that has something to declare. Singer/Guitarist and songwriter Japeth is inspired by the events that come with everyday living. The single Hollywood was a result of what came into Japeth’s head when he was in a nightclub. The song is a nudge to the movie industry which over the years has encouraged people to associate physical beauty with being honourable and courageous. The music is radio friendly and nicely polished. Isle Of Thieves could have a very promising career ahead of them, keep your eyes peeled and your ears open for them.
