We're Here, Nomads Of The Nook!

Hey All, What's Kickin'?
We're a three piece band from the small, beach town of Englewood, FL. We've been playing together for a couple of years now and we're now spreading the word of Nomads of the Nook. Some might say our style could be classified somewhere around reggae and skate-punk; we're gonna call it Sk8 Funk. You may find it a little heavier than the usual jam band, but be assured, all aspects of our live show make us perfect candidates for the scene. We're still young fellas, but we'll rock yer socks off none-the-less.
We'd like to plan a small tour for next summer (maybe from FL up to Michigan or over to Cali.) In the mean time we'll need your help getting our name around. We're also looking for venues in your area that may suit our tour, bars, festivals, whatever...
Peep out our music, you can find some demo tracks on our sites, but of course it won't hold a candle to our live performance. If you like us, tell your friends. If you don't, maybe you know someone who would, tell them. Drop us a message and let us know your feelings on the group.
Look not at what we are now, but what we can be in the coming years...

Please do not post anymore promotional threads in the forum. We are happy to welcome you and will be watching for your success with your band.
Hopefully, you will return and post some follow-up information on your band and let us know how the tour went.

So I can only post something of this nature in the Promote section? I'm not quite clear, is it the whole post or just specific parts? I read the agreement when I registered and I thought this was fine...Is there someplace I can find do's and don'ts?
I'm not trying to be difficult, I'm just trying to clarify...

I should be more clear on what I meant. I appologize if you are confused.
You may post promotional material only in the "promote" threads. If the Group is established with retail recordings, you may post material in the "new Release" threads. If the band/artist has a tour with set dates and appearances, you may post the tour information in the "news and articles" threads. If the band is established with retail recordings and you wish to start discussions on the recordings/group, then you may post the Group in the appropriate genre threads, but these threads are not intended to promote a group, they are there for discussions. To make multiple duplicate posts throughout the forum is considered spamming the forum. I was being nice and not banning you for the spam!
