Yea But McCain is not saying he is going to do all these great things like Obama has.

true. although that does not mean McCain won't try to take a lot of the money out just like Obama is going to do. I am not disagreeing that Obama does say those certain things. But if McCain gets elected, he will have the chance without a doubt to use a lot of the money for great things just like Obama has promised. McCain just hasn't let the world know what he's going to do with the money he's in charge of.

Here we go again another idiot.

Are you enough intelligent not to call "idiot" someone who don't shares your point of view ?

it doesn't help if you dont expand on this. obviously McCain is republican. but theres no reasoning. of course it is obvious.
|
When i said "McCain is too republican", I just meant I'm against republican. Was it so hard to understand ?
In fact I'm rather socialist, so I don't like McCain (in fact I just dislike his ideas, I don't know the person). I think Obama's ideas are nearest to mine. (Does my sentence makes sense ?)
Actually I don't really care about american politic, there's an ocean between me and usa, but if I were american, you know who I would support.

I wasn't referring to your views. Rather when you said McCain was to republican. I misunderstood what you meant buy that. My fault. haha.
Though I'm against socialistic/communism views. Communism in idea is pretty darn perfect. But it never works and never will. The people running it eventually will become corrupt. A lot of obamas ideas are somewhat in those areas. So i don't support him.

I think I'm intelligent enough to do this. Maybe just not good enough in english.
I just meant it's not very intelligent to call someone "idiot" because he don't have your point of view.

That's what I always say about catholicism.
Seriously, you are right when you say there will always be people to corrupt communism. But I just hate capitalist ideas, I would never vote for a capitalist candidat. (So if I were american, I wouldn't vote at all)

I agree with you about communism Drake, in theory it has some good things, but when implemented it ends up completely corrupt and dysfunctional. However some socialist policies do work very well, our medical system here is far better than what the majority of people in the US have, in this instance the free market approach is a complete failure to deliver the most important service people might ever need. The complete meltdown of the world financial system is a direct result of the "Greed is Good" economic policy introduced by Reagan years ago. The major corporations of your own country have benefited tremendously from this trickle down economic plan, the middle class however is on the verge of collapse due to the avarice with which major companies have stampeded to China to take advantage of the virtual slave labour there to manufacture goods that you once made at home. How many factories have shut down in the States because of the Most Favored Nation trading policy Bush gave China years ago. They don't meet any of the criteria on the list except one, the whole hearted support of the rich Republican CEO's who couldn't wait to take advantage of this opportunity, but they are the only ones really benefiting from this.
By tying all of the worlds banks into the high risk US mortgage market, the repercussions of which will be felt for years maybe decades to come, the US could drag the whole world into a recession. While millions of American lose everything the rich bankers get to keep their golden parachutes, their land in Florida and Texas, and probably their millions in offshore banks. Now that the taxpayers may have to pay for all the risk taking by the business elite, regulations of all markets/banks/mortgages will have to be reinstated to prevent this insanity from ever happening again. Oh and the people Bush appointed to help fix this mess are the same people who created it...talk about the inmates running the asylum.
No system is perfect, I think we will have to come up with a better model than the wild west approach that has led us to this point. I hope Obama wins, and those of us who are from different countries have no choice but to have an opinion. The US for better or worse used to command influence and respect all over the globe, sadly Bush/Cheney have irreparably damaged the reputation of the States for years to come.
And before you say I'm off topic, these policies are what McCain says he supports, so he won't change many of the economic policies already in place.

just like the Gay marriage rights. Obama doesn't support the fact of marriage but he does support the fact that two men or two women should have the right to be in a partnership and love eachother.
Obama, with the taxes, wants the raise taxes for people who are far more wealthy than others. And i support him in that, mainly because its fair for people with more money to have to spend more money to keep their money. It makes legitimate sense.
So he does support some things that McCain is supporting but not fully.

Now, I never knew about the bit with taxing the wealthy, which, in retrospect, seems like a wise decision on his part.
(And let's refrain from fighting, people. Everyone's views can be accounted for, and shouldn't be downgraded by others.)
