To all my american friends or anyone who celebrates Thanksgiving. Tell everyone what you are doing for this day,or having, And if you are celebrating it with family/friends or solo. Give Thanks here too!

I am the family cook, so it will be a busy couple days for me. I plan on having turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes with gravey, green beans (from my garden) , sweet potatoe casserole, cranberry relish jello mold, ambrosia salad, two kinds of pumpkin pie, chocolate cake, german chocolate cake, and cheese ball with crackers.
I usually set up my island in my kitchen so the food goes around it buffet style, and everyone can dish out what they want.  I dress up my kitchen table and my diningroom table, since I usually have alot of people over.

I think you should move your Thanksgiving Holiday to October like ours......Keep the 4 day weekend though, we only get one day off, it just seems too close to Christmas for a massive turkey feast.
Regardless, I wish all my American friends a very Happy and Safe Thanksgiving weekend.
