Thread: Drake's Musical taste.

  1. #1

    Default Drake's Musical taste.

Everyone seams to be doing a journal now so I guess it's my turn.

The first artist is muse. The 3 member band is very talented.
YouTube - Muse - Dead Star
YouTube - Muse - New Born (Full Length version)

My favorite work from them are there b-sides. They have around 30 unreleased songs. Still missing 8 of the songs.

Next artist Is Ratatat. Guitar and electronic music mixture.

    YouTube - Ratatat - Lex
    YouTube - RATATAT - MIRANDO

I don't really have a favorite album. but all three of there main releases rock.

I have all of Muse's studio recordings, not the B-sides that you are searching for though. I have never heard of RATATAT before, I'll look around and see what I can find.

    Next artist is bucket head.
Number 10 in the top 100 most technical artist of all time.
I only own 4 out of his 20 or more albums. He basically does all styles. Crime slunk scene is a favorite right now along with the elephants alarm clock which is pure metal.

Ah, three great picks Drake! I've only heard one album from Mew (And the Glass Handed Kites), but Nine Inch Nails and Korn are classic Kudos, man!

By the way, I always feel like an idiot writing two paragraphs to come here and see that one or two sentences easily gets the point across...

Radiohead AND Smashing Pumpkins? You've hit the jackpot tonight, my friend Meshuggah is great as well! Think all this great music is calling me to do another recommendation! Only essential Smashing Pumpkins song I'd add to that list is Cherub Rock, not to jack your thread
