Hi guys,
I'm currently using Sibelius to compose a piece in E Major. When composing the piano part in the grand staff, I've noticed that when I go below middle C whilst starting a melody in the treble clef, Sibelius creates extra ledger lines before it puts the notes into the bass cleff. As in, it creates a ledger line for A for the note A to be played, when it really should be played in the A line of the bass cleff, which obviously already exists.
Is this an error with Sibelius or is it acceptable?
Many thanks in advance for any help.
