I like female singers and german pop. Since I have a good handful of german's attending my wedding- I thought it would be fun to throw in some German pop into the music.

Germans usually listen to American pop music

id recommend the bands "Juli" and "Silbermond"

They both make good Pop-Rock Music with nice lyrics and wonderful female lead singers. They're songs usually go under the skin...

The best thing: they are real bands and no products of castings

I'd start with Kira first. She's my absolute favorite, and the record company she records for, Grönland Records(www.groenland.com), operates under the philosophy that it should be the music that drives record sales rather than a big American-style marketing machine. With that in mind, you're likely to find her a breath of fresh air. I certainly have--and I'm speaking as a professional musician myself.
