PERMANENT ABILITY is an original Los Angeles based Rock/Funk/Alternative band founded in 2006 by Emmy Award Winning Frontman Brian Lanese. Dubbed the lyrical "Mark Twain" due to his relation to the writer, is just the tip of the iceberg in PA's repertoire. Joining Lanese is Bassist Adam Smith, Guitarist Nick Gordon, and Drummer Allan Ritter.
The band has rapidly accomplished numerous achievements which include the overwhelming success of their debut album “From the Womb to Hollywood” featuring legendary bass player Lige Curry of George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic.
Permanent Ability has been recognized by national broad-casting companies, such as ESPN, due to the raw energy and diversity of their music; and PA is known to frequent world famous LA venues like The Viper Room, The GiG, and The Whisky A Go Go due to their explosive live performances. Check them out.
