We always though of separating rock and pop OR adding metal as a category, but what would happen if there was a punk section.

I don't think we need that. Not at all. I think that there is enough space in R&P for all of us. ANd for those of us with broad taste , it would be better to have it all in one big enchilada.

I personally don't want to have to go to punk for my punk, tastes, and metal for my metal. What about Industrial or goth or darkwave?
