Hmmm, sounds like a disagreement in the punk arena. I honestly don't know that much about the new artists in the field, I did witness the arrival of the original punk scene in the late 70's but I much preferred the New Wave genre to the *** Pistol's etc. Not my field of expertise but The Clash were the best in the field in my opinion even though they weren't really punk anymore when they released London Calling.
