Rock music, metal music, etc. is not all satanic. Sure there are some bands that are satanic but not all. It sounds like the bands you listen to are not. Even if they were, it would not cause you to have nightmares or go to Hell or anything like that. You can listen to satanic music and not be satanic. I'd tell your sister to mind her own business.
I think your sister is being a little paranoid. I've got a friend who is constantly nagging at me because i listen to Marilyn Manson, and she thinks he's disgusting and satanic. fair enough, she has her opinion, but don't let it affect you. I can guarantee that its not the music that is giving you the nightmares, but the music might be bringing out a different side to you and making you think about problems that you might have, stirring up your mind, and that might be giving you nightmares. i would say its more the music's affect on your mood rather than the actual message of the music. I don't think metal/rock music is satanic. there are some bands which sing about satan, but i think its because they don't have much faith in society. can't say i blame them.
In my humble opinion, rock music by itself isn't causing you to have bad dreams. Dreams are your minds way of "defragmenting" your thoughts. Sometimes these fragments that your mind is sorting out can come out as weird dreams before it is done sorting, filing and storing the information. Even if you are listening to death/doom metal, you wont go to hell or have nightmares because of it. If that is the music you like and enjoy, it isn't the source of bad thoughts!

Don't sweat it! Listen to what you like and don't let others tell you how to enjoy the music you like.

i think rock music isn't satanic. people have different perceptions. maybe they define rock music as satanic because of its noisiness. actually it depends on how you understand the music.
Of course rock music is satanic, it's carnal, sensual, wild, rebellious and driven by strong emotions (at least the good stuff is). That's why 90% of Christian rock sucks, it tries to package piety and mildness in a rock n' roll format. Rock is the devil's work and I mean that in the best possible way
Rock isn't an evil genre, Death Metal, Black Metal, and Rapcore are evil. "rock" bands are angelic compared to bands like Job For a Cowboy and The Black Dahlia Murder
