The only time I've seen Satan rocking out was on Saturday Night Live, and he didn't do very well... (but it was funny to watch :P )

Honestly, and I may be biased since I'm an atheist, but Satan (or Mephisto, as I like to call him) can't be all that bad if he's putting out a lot of good music. Except for what he did to Boy George. Thats just not cool.

Just wondering, I thought athiests didnt believe in a higher power.

I have heard some band members claim to be athiests therefore they cant possibly be satanic or worship satan.
If a band acknowledges the existence of an evil entity, would they not conversely be acknowledging the existence of a diametric opposite

If rock music like Sabbath,Megadeth, Maiden, G'N'R... is the devil's music the devil's got some good taste.

Um no rock music isnt satanic unless the band your listening is a satanic band lol.. Which i highly doubt whatever you listening to is, you would know if they are. Just like anything in life, there are different type of things within the object.. So you cant say rock as an whole is satanic, but yes some music will be if the bands you listen to are.. Well thats just my 2 cents.
