| I See Stars | | I See Stars has been working very hard on the long awaited release of their first full length album. The forthcoming album is titled 3D. The album strays away from all the musical features you are used too, blending all genres of music, in hopes to set the bar for a new unique sound. Since there has been a surplus of "electronica / hardcore" music, the pages will be turned again, and new eyes will be opened, to bands and fans alike. Songs from the brand new cd will be going up very soon, so keep your eyes open and continue to support us, because we are nothing without the love.
I See Stars is one of the most original bands I have ever heard. They incorporate electronica, techno, metal, hardcore.
Some amazing songs they have include: YouTube - I See Stars - The Big Bad Wolf YouTube - I See Stars - The Common Hours
* YouTube - I See Stars-Save The Cheerleader, Save The World* YouTube - I See Stars- Project Wake Up |

| Steady Roadie,,,I think Tears did a great job on this thread so far. No one is forcing you to listen, a simple not my kind of band would suffice.
I don't know alot about these guys, but thanks for posting this Tears. |

| Yeah, I guess they are like a really specific kind of music that you have to like techno, metal, screaming, emo singing to like ahah. |

| I can do some screaming The Used, BFMV, but it has to accentuate the song not dominate it for me anyway, but I am Old School so that probably affects my taste when I hear something new. I always enjoy learning about this stuff even if it's not my favorite genre, and every once in a while one of these bands does a great album that I will pick up. |

| Yeah, it shouldn't be the default...screaming should like enhance it.
And I'm the same way, I used to only like stuff from Headbangers Ball from like 1988 lol...but then I heard All These Things I Hate, and actually my Christian church band was the first screaming I heard...I HATED it lol.
But screaming is like an acquired taste. |

| Yeah I agree, I have slowly come to appreciate it when it's done well, but only a few bands like that in my collection so far. I do wonder about the longevity of the vocalists doing the screaming, I know it's got to be very hard on the vocal chords. |

| Yeah, a lot of bands stop screaming...like Bullet, All That Remains, Trivium, Avenged Sevenfold.
The bands that know exactly how to scream can do it all they want though, like Cannibal Corpse, Scar Symmetry...cause they use their diaphragm to make it...not their vocal chords.
I hate Cannibal Corpse, but their lead singer is really cool from the interviews I've seen lol. |

| They are a scary band,,,I saw them on a documentary a year ago and they are definitely hard core and so are their fans. I put three pictures of their album covers in the CC thread and that is as close as I'm going to get to collecting their music. |

| Hahah, I know!
It's funny to see their lead singer, he talks like so uplifting and normal...then he sings and you think you're in Hell! |
