How do you allow listeners to stream Shoutcast using Windows Media Player?

So yeah, I have a Shoutcast Server and I want my listeners to be able to stream with Windows Media Player. So... How do I do that, and how do I create a flash player that automatically streams as soon as they go on my website?

Some help would be nice =]
