I'm looking to start up a web-radio station with Music and live streaming DJ's. Does anyone know where I can go to find more information about how to go about this? Or even the steps I have to go through to make this happen?

I do my Radio show off www.nowlive.com. Its a free site and really all you need is a mic, or a phone, and a cam if you want them to see you. Its really great. You get your own web page, you can play what you want weather it is music or talk. I think it is a great way to start and build a fan base.
