The song starts with the loud echo of a clock and a guy saying "TIME" , then some chick starts singing and I remember her saying something like "I'm telling you its time"
Genre is a kind of Funk/Dance (almost like old Kool & the Gang or Ohio Players)
Some other lyrics went something like:
where there is smoke there is a fire, blah -blah something fever blah- blah I'm telling you its time…..
