    This is ok. Musically great, vocally it isn't my thing. They need some instrumental tracks...

    Yeah, the vocals take a bit getting used to. It's sort of the norm with prog bands though.

    Quite I'm sure they said the same about Jethro Tull

    It's a bit too thick and a bit too busy for my taste but still pretty good

    I was only speaking in general terms of prog. With the prog that i've heard, the vocals are generally high pitched, or "power metal-y", which isn't bad at all, in my opinion. I like it with the powerful instruments in the background.

    Yeah, same here. Every prog band I heard uses this vocal style. I don't know why they all need to be that way though. Would be nice for someone to break away from the norm.

    Well there are some progressive metal bands that use growls. Mistweaver for instance:
