Well strictly speaking it's "him" not "them".... for Soliloquy (and for many other NWW releases) the "band" is Stephen Stapleton and nobody else.
I agree with you though, Soliloquy is a psychedelic drone masterpiece - and created by nothing else than Stapleton passing his hands over a bunch of effects pedals & recording the feedback.
